Online Forms:

When a customer uses our “Contact Us” or contact form function, a session cookie is created. This creates a unique identifier, ensuring that your details can only be attached to your application, guarding against fraudulent activity. The session cookies have a short lifespan and ‘time-out’ after a short period of time. The cookies are not logged by the The Company and we do not retain a record. The information supplied by you to us is treated as confidential data and is never supplied to a third party. We will keep your contact information for the purposes of replying to your sales query and as The Company customer we will send you monthly emails. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on the link in the email footer.

As a website user you have the right from 25th of May 2018 to request your personal information, delete your personal information and to unsubscribe from any future email marketing campaigns. If you want to request a copy of your data then email the Data Protection Officer – info@crosscause.ie with the details of your request.
